Grounded Care
A calm, professional approach shaped by years of caring for people and respecting comfort, boundaries, and individual needs.
Grounded, intuitive Reiki, sound, and non-denominational spiritual care in Seward, Nebraska, for rest, reflection, growth, transition, and simply reconnecting with yourself.
There is no script for a session at Crossroads Reiki. Each experience is shaped by what you bring into the room that day—physically, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually. Reiki, sound, quiet, conversation, or simply space may become part of the session depending on what feels right in the moment.

Crossroads Reiki brings together more than 20 years of nursing experience, a 9th-generation Reiki lineage, and non-denominational spiritual care. The approach is calm, attentive, and centered on creating space for you to reconnect with yourself—not on telling you what your path should be.
Meet the practitioner →A crossroads can be a time of challenge or possibility—grief, recovery, growth, change, curiosity, spiritual searching, or simply a desire to pause and reconnect with yourself.
You do not have to know which direction you are going when you arrive. Sometimes the first step is simply having a place to stop, feel supported, and listen.
I meet people at their crossroads—not to tell them which path to take, but to help create the space to reconnect with themselves and move forward in a way that feels more aligned.

You can come as you are. We can begin with a brief conversation about what brings you in, any questions you have, and your preferences for touch or a hands-off session. You remain fully clothed. Reiki, quiet, and sound may become part of the experience, but there is nothing you need to perform, believe, or feel for the session to be worthwhile.
